Fee for Service Training

In negotiation with your business we can cater training to best fit your business. This may include modules from several accredited courses, or the design of a short course more specific to the needs of your staff.

Together we do a training needs assessment for each employee, based on the outcomes/KPI's you have set for the employee. A training and assessment strategy will then be put in place to best cater for the time constraints of your business and the best learning processes.

If the course is not an accredited course, a certificate of participation will be issued. If the course or parts of the course are accredited, then a certificate or statement of attainment will be issued.
