Group Training ( GTO)

After 23 years of operating as a Group Training company, ieGT is changing the way it manages its' Group Training business.

ieGT is now operating as a Group Training broker. This doesn’t mean that you won’t receive the same service you have in the past – it is just a different way of approaching things

ie has formed a strategic alliance with a not for profit company called ie Directions and will focus on the placement of trainees.
ie Directions will operate as a service delivery partner providing all the services ieGT used to deliver and more.

ieGT will provide the accredited training for ie Directions

The fundamental principles of Group Training are to be embraced by ie Directions;

1. To create additional employment opportunities for traineeships that otherwise might not have existed;
2. To provide for continuity of employment of apprentices and trainees through to the completion of their Traineeship Training Contract ,and
3. To improve the quality and range of training available to trainees, particularly small and medium business
