Inner Eastern Group Training ( ie ) established in Victoria in 1986, is an incorporated not-for-profit company with a demonstrated commitment to the employment and training of trainees and assisting youth into employment. 

As a Registered Training Organisation(RTO) our aim is to develop people to achieve their full potential through quality training and recognition of skills as a base for lifelong learning. 

ieGT has expanded its business profile to include skills development in the workforce for existing employees who need assistance in building their capabilities

Purpose

 ie enhances individual and organisational capability by providing quality learning and development services and opportunities.

Principles

The ie organisation:

• has an ongoing commitment to acting with honesty, integrity and respect towards all participants and funding bodies, whilst pursuing ' best practice' and quality service delivery with various programs to meet the individual needs of participants;
  
• contributes to the economic development of Australia and Victoria in particular by assisting the process of increasing the skill level of the community;
  
• will provide effective and efficient training programs with the flexibility to meet the individual needs of the participants, and also continue to develop the awareness within the community of the importance of ongoing adult learning;
